June 15, 2013: deadline for payment of late registration fees and for abstract submission
Opening for registration is scheduled on March 15
On site: participants can pay the “on site fee” at the registration desk by cash (in Euro).
For logistic reasons, people that are not already registered and that would pay the “on site fees” should complete the registration form (including fictitious payment date 02/09/2013) before July 15.
Only 10 places are still available for the Conference and will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis.

Conference. Regular registration fee includes: accommodation (double-triple room), meals (including ice-breaker party and conference dinners), coffee-breaks, tourist tax, abstract volume, syn-conference field excursion (+ packed lunch). Accompanying person registration fee includes: accommodation (double-triple room), meals (including ice-breaker party and conference dinner), tourist tax.

Pre- and post-conference field excursions. Regular registration fee includes: travel costs from Courmayeur to field sites, accommodation (double-triple room), packed lunch, dinners, tourist tax, field guide. Accompanying person registration fee includes: travel costs, accommodation, packed lunch, meals, tourist tax. Participants to the pre- and /or post-conference excursions must also register for the conference.
NOTE THAT THE PRE- AND POST CONFERENCE FIELD-TRIPS ARE ALREADY FULLY BOOKED. SINCE JUNE 6 REGISTRATIONS FOR FIELD TRIPS ARE CLOSED.

Reduced registration fees to students. A limited number of reduced registration fees are available to Bachelor, Master and PhD students. The request, accompanied by a curriculum vitae (maximum 1 page) and a signed letter from the Host Institution attesting the student status, must be sent at iec2013@unito.it within April 15, 2013 (23:59 UTC). Reduced registration fee for conference includes: accommodation (apartment), meals (including ice-breaker party and conference dinner), coffee-breaks, tourist tax, abstract volume, syn-conference field excursion (+ packed lunch). Reduced registration fees for pre- and post-conference field excursions include: travel costs, accommodation (apartment), packed lunch, dinners, tourist tax, field guide.

Personal insurance is not included in the registration fees. All participants are advised to make their own arrangements.

To the registration fee is necessary to add 12€ for bank charges.

Accepted Payments Policy

The only available payment method is bank transfer.
All bank fees should be paid by the attendees. Please pay all bank fees for both, payee and payer.
